Jason and Mela’s wheel of love
Verse 2: a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
This short love story enables us to learn that love undergoes different trials. It happen s at the right time and purpose. Mela and Jason now lived happily with their only kid and they tried to remember everything that happened in their life.
Mela is described to be a shy kid. His father always hit her with a stick because he believed that she is the reason why her mother died. This poor shy kid cannot take anymore the punishment of his father so he decided to escape from their house. She decided to ride a track full of vegetables which lead her to Manila. She was confused where to go in Manila the only thing she knew is that God is always with her. Unfortunately, as she was walking along the church to spend his night, a group of guys approached her and forced her to go with them. The intention of the guys failed because another group of guys which is lead by Jason saved her.
Jason felt pity on Mela’s situation so she let her to stay with his troupe. As time goes by they were able to discover each others stories. Mela learned that Jason is tough guy who‘s mother have been imprisoned because she was accused to kill his father. The true fact on that is his mother only save him from extreme punishment of his father. When he was about to be saved, his mother accidentally pushed his father away which bumps his head and died. This situation leads him to also escape from their house and find a new home at the street. He spend his time working at the street through selling sampaguita along his couple of friend. When both of them gained each others’ trust, they promised that someday they will attain their goal in life. Mela wants to be a nurse someday, whereas Jason wants to be a doctor. They promised to each other that they help each other despite of the difficulties they will overcome at the street. They gave each other a coin in which their names were engraved to symbolize their love for one another.
Unexpected situation happened; their house under the bridge was raided by DSWD. Mela, Jason and June run together but unfortunately Mela was accidentally caught by DSWD workers. Jason and his friend June spent their time again at the street searching the location of Mela. Unfortunately June was accussed of snatching the wallet of one of the police so he was put imprisoned. Jason find all his means to help his friend. He begged the policemen to let him escape but they didn’t allow it. They said June is include in minor age and cannot be imprisoned so they will transfer his case to DSWD worker. Jason asked helped from one of the doctors whom he always sees praying at the Church. This doctor is a bachelor and doesn’t have any child so he decided to adopt June and Jason.
On the other hand, Mela was also adopted by a wealthy family. She strives hard to give back her gratitude to the family who adopted her. However, his step sister did all her means to degrade Mela. This doesn’t hinder Mela’s goal of achieving her dream to be a future nurse someday.
Jason and June became legal children of a bachelor doctor and they also strive hard to make their step dad happy. June took a law course while Jason took medicine course. As time goes by, they compete with each other to gain attention of their step dad.
Many years passed by Jason, Mela and June achieved their goal in life. Mela and Jason tried their best to search for one another but time didn’t give them chance. Both of them only have the memories of their childhood through a simple symbolization of a coin which contains their name. Despite of their efforts to find each other, they just spend their time attaining their dreams in life. Mela became the chief nurse of a famous hospital without knowing that Jason is also working in that area. June however decided to go abroad and reside there.
Verse 3 : a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
On their work at the hospital, Mela was always disappointed to Jason because he always commands her with heavy tasks. Jason gave her chronic cases which sometimes made Mela to be over stressed to work. She always prays to God to bring back her lost best friend, Jason for she treat him as her savior and closed friend. Mela didn’t know Jason was already in loved with her. he just gave Mela hard tasks in order to gain her attention. Mela misinterpreted this and hated Jason so much.
There was an instance at the hospital that the President of the Philippines was brought for an emergency heart transplant. Mela and Jason worked together in that heavy operation. They are the only person who was assigned to handle heavy cases because of their expertise.
The patient’s life have been revived. The President gave them recognition and honor. They were both assigned to research on a particular case of a patient. Mela was so disappointed because she worked with Jason whom he consider torturer that time because of heavy work loads he always gave to her. Mela lost eagerness in working so during the grand presentation of their case of their patient at the head of the state, she wasn’t able to answer the questions given by panelists. There was an instance that her dignity was degraded by one of the panel because of her lack of direction during the discussion. Jason defends Mela to the panel so the case became successful.
Jason confronted Mela about what had happened to her during the presentation at the parking lot. Mela release all her feelings to Jason. She confronted him that she hates him so much because of the heavy workload he gave to her. She said Jason is the cause of all his hardship and disappointment if only his lost best friend is there that incident will not happen. Jason feel guilty and asked forgiveness but Mela refused.
When Jason was about to ask forgiveness to Mela at their home, he found out a coin similar to his lost love one when he was young. He found it displayed at the living room of Mela’s house. He was shocked because he found out his lost love one. He is sure that it is the coin which is the symbolization of their childhood contract because it is designed uniquely from simple coin. It is embedded with their names as well as their symbolization. Jason quickly lived Mela’s home and immediately proceed to the church. He asked God to give him a sign of that is his lost love one. He ask sign to God that if Mela will be present on that church , at that time and place and forgive him, it means she is really his lost love one. To his surprise at the door of the Church comes Mela confronting him. Mela asked him about what brought him to that area for it is very far from their place and hard to find.
Jason immediately asked forgiveness without answering Meka’s question and to his surprise, Mela immediately forgave him . Mela said he will give him another chance to befriend with her.
As time goes by they developed trust from one another and became best friends. Jason proposed to Mela that he kept his coin for his lost love one and that is Mela. Mela was shocked that time and can’t believe that Jason was his lost love one. She immediately just thank God for that instance and both of them decided to be married.
Verse 4: a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
Both of them lived a happy life. They had one cute daughter which they gained after undergoing again trials. Mela’s pregnancy during that time is critical and the doctor said to choose whether to save the baby’s life of Mela’s life. Jason just depend every trials to God and to his surprise both of his wife and baby was safe despite hard critical situation.
They had happy life after their baby was born. They lived with continuos blessing from God. They were able to build up their own hospital and became prominent in the Philippines. Of course Jason was very prominent and handsome during that time so many girls wanted to get him. There was a situation that Mela went to other country with his son for a year to take care of Mela’s step mother who was suffering cancer. After Mela’s mother died he went back to the country but she was surprise something bad happened that tests their relationship as couples
Verse 5: a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
and

He found out that his beloved husband had a relationship with another woman and was about to have baby with him. This another woman died during her labor so Jason took their baby. Mela cannot take this entire problem that he wanted to give up.

She just remembers that God is always there for her and He will always make a way if there seems to be no way. She tries to live for the sake of their baby. She accepted the baby of his husband despite that it is a symbol of his husband’s disloyalty.
Mela just forgive his husband despite of disloyalty because he knows God has always a purpose why that happened to them. She just thinks that if they were able to conquer their previous obstacles in life, what more of the present problems they will have. She just depend herself and family to God for he know everything happens for a reason. Jason hardly regret all the mistakes he have committed and promised Mela to give him another chance to be a good husband and father to his children.

Depending all her life to God is Mela’s solution of love. She was able to love his husband as she knows how to love God. Despite of difficulties such as mistrust to one another because of certain circumstances, loving his husband unconditionally despite of its mistakes give them a more lasting relationship.
Recently, Mela and Jason is enjoying their family which is full of love. They were able to handle their relationship firm as they put God at the center of their hearts. They were also able to gain grand children. Until their hair becomes gray, they fill up each others gap. When Mela lack courage in handling decisions, Jason fills it up by encouraging his wife that he can do it. They knew God has prepared everything in order for them to be molded to be good parents. Christ-centeredness is really important in a relationship for it guides each of them to live life to the fullest patterning it in the light of the Gospel.
Value Integration from the story I made:
Marriage is always incorporated with faith, hope and charity. if these fundamental values is always present on both individual, no doubt all relationship will last forever. I think problems and difficulties are fuels of life of marriage for it serves as a challenge for them to keep on moving and working. Like in this story, through various challenges encountered by the couple this made them to be strong and just depend it all to God, They were capable of loving for they have also learned to first love God. Marriage is also incorporates with the ability to forgive and ask forgiveness. It is in our mistakes what we learned the true meaning of life. It is true that life of give and take relationship should be applies in order to achieve satisfying interaction with one another.
CONCLUSION:
This story is entitles wheel of love for a relationship can be compared to a wheel. Sometimes you can be in up or in good situation or low/ bad situation. It also need fuel such as problems or challenges that keeps it on moving. This wheel of love depends on the person who is in a relationship to put God at the center to keep on moving or not. Life changes often, and wise preparation is needed to make the best of it there is only God that pervades human life, and it is proper and wise to accept it with meekness. We should seek God’s guidance as we deal the changing times and seasons. Man’s true happiness depends on God even though there many things we have no control over, we can choose our own conduct, form our own character.
